Is synthetic grass dog-friendly?
All of our products are 100% lead-free, making them a safer choice for children and pets than natural grass that needs fertilizers and toxic chemicals. Our Pet Turf was specifically engineered to withstand rigorous wear and tear.
What is Zeolite infill?
This is a completely non-toxic, 100% natural organic product that is safe for kids, pets, and the environment. Zeolite adsorbs toxins and neutralizes pet waste odors and is a healthy alternative to SBS “crumb” rubber pellet infill which reportedly has cancer causing agents.
How long does artificial grass last?
The industry average is 12-years; however, our high-quality artificial products can last 20+ years, even with extremely heavy foot traffic on a daily basis.
Does the turf come with a warranty?
Our synthetic grass includes a 15-year limited liability warranty on the turf. This covers natural occurring defects. Any claim can be filed directly with our customer service team. Labor costs for repair are not covered.
Can I make payments?
We can process your payment with all major credit cards, checks, and or cash. Hearth is our lending partner. They offer 0% financing for applicants that qualify. Ask us for more information should this option interest you.
What is artificial turf made of?
Typically, this product is created with a blend of polypropylene and polyethylene, which is made into synthetic fibers to look like natural grass. Then it is joined with rubber granules and silica sand to help keep the blades upright.
How much maintenance does an artificial lawn need?
This is low-maintenance and can be groomed with an artificial grass rake or leaf blower. Infill can be added as needed.
I thought artificial turf was just for sports fields
Synthetic turf got its start on athletic fields, but newer products were developed specifically for residential landscaping. Homeowners choose synthetic grass for its consistent beauty, low maintenance, and excellent drainage with our PNW rainy seasons.
